POSSIBILITY
The effects and possibilities of ART SESSION
Art,
It changed my daily life a little.
Along with real voices from those who have experienced ART SESSION, we will share the changes and possibilities this session can bring to your daily life, work, and sensibilities. Please come and see the insights that arise from freely expressing yourself in a world without right or wrong answers.

FOR YOU
We'll deliver a message tailored to you, based on your personality type (one of six different types).
( 01 )
For those who lead busy lives
Our days are filled with work, household chores, and appointments. Before we know it, time for self-reflection has been put on the back burner. ART SESSION is a time to step away from the information and time pressures of everyday life and create space for your mind. This space can sometimes be the catalyst for new ideas and a sense of calm.
( 04 )
For those who want to re-examine their own identity
Artistic skill is not required. The time spent freely layering colors and expressing yourself allows you to honestly discover what you truly "like." This experience reminds you of your own unique self, something often forgotten in everyday life.
( 02 )
For those seeking new ideas and inspiration
If you keep searching for answers, your perspective will gradually become fixed. In ART SESSION, we value free expression in a world without right answers. Encounters with colors and shapes that arise by chance can awaken new ideas and sensibilities you didn't even know you had.
( 05 )
For those who value human connections
Family, friends, partners, colleagues—the time spent creating artwork together and discussing the finished piece fosters a different kind of communication than usual. Art has the power to share feelings that words alone cannot fully express.
( 03 )
For business owners, leaders, and creators
When making major decisions or creating new value, there are answers that cannot be reached through logic alone. ART SESSION is a time to stimulate your senses, be exposed to diverse perspectives, and confront your own intuition. It can also be a catalyst for new possibilities in brand building, new challenges, and dialogue with others.
( 06 )
For those who want to refine their sensibilities
We live surrounded by countless "right answers" every day. However, things that enrich our lives and create new value sometimes emerge from a world without right answers. ART SESSION is a time to trust your senses, enjoy your intuition, and discover beauty. We believe that sensitivity is not an innate talent, but something that can be cultivated.

Special Crew Interview
The "blank space in life" that comes from liberating your intuition
Personal English conversation instructor, Carol
Q1. About "liberation" from everyday noise
Maa: Before coming to this session, what kind of "thought noise" (fixed ideas or pressures) were you experiencing in your daily life or business?
Crew: I do what I love for a living, so before I know it, I'm in work mode 24/7. There's no boundary between work and my private life, and even when I'm trying to relax at a cafe, I unconsciously find myself thinking about work, like "I should share this phrase from this book with my followers." Before coming here, I was constantly in a state where my brain was never able to rest.
Q2. Changes brought about by yuyu's art sessions
Maa: So, from that state, you enter this space and create a boundary, right? In Yuyu's session, as you surrendered to your intuition and layered colors, what kind of changes or insights did you experience within yourself?
Crew: When I'm here, completely absorbed in drawing, my mind truly becomes empty. Yuyu doesn't impose any constraints like "you have to do it this way," and lets me draw 100% freely. Thanks to that, my brain is forced to detach from work, and I feel incredibly refreshed. Also, when I ask her for advice on what kind of color I want to create on my palette, Yuyu patiently teaches me. The moment my own lovely color is born, I feel the same kind of adult excitement and thrill as when I find something wonderful in a shop, and that feeling wells up from my hands. That time creates a comfortable "blank space" in my heart.
Q3. What is the key difference from other experiences (such as yoga or mindfulness)?
Maa: There are many mindfulness and refreshing experiences out there, including yoga, but what do you think is the "decisive difference" between them and Yuyu's art sessions?
Crew: I think the biggest difference is that you get to keep the "finished product" (a one-of-a-kind painting). With yoga and things like that, it's a one-of-a-kind experience that ends within yourself, but the painting you create here can be taken home as your own work of art. I've used that painting in my social media Reels videos and my followers have told me it's "stylish!" I also print it out during Christmas and Valentine's Day and give it as a message card to important friends and clients. It's not just about relaxation; it's about being able to entertain and bring joy to others through the art that you keep. That gives me a deep sense of satisfaction and new enjoyment in my daily life.
Q4. A message to those who wish to participate in the art session.
Maa: Finally, could you share a message for modern people who, like you once were, are constantly busy and using their brains to the fullest, about the possibilities that this "liberation of intuition" can bring?
Crew: When we're busy with our daily lives, we tend to spend all our time chasing after "urgent and important things." But this art session doesn't seem urgent at first glance. However, I feel that it's actually "one of the most important things in life." I think that good ideas and inspirations that increase productivity or bring joy to people can only be born when you step away from work for a while and have "space in your mind." I especially want people who feel like they don't have enough time to deliberately engage with a different form of expression than their daily lives through art and savor that space. Releasing your intuition in that way will ultimately have a surprisingly wonderful impact on what you want to do and on your business.
VOICE
These are the honest opinions of people who actually participated.

After participating, I felt a great sense of relief.
The thoughts that had been swirling around in my head suddenly disappeared as I was drawing.

I was able to rediscover a new side of myself.
She was using colors she wouldn't normally choose, and I was surprised to see this side of her.

I didn't expect the session to be like this.
Being told that I didn't need to try to draw well made me feel like I could relax.

It was more of a session than a classroom.
Because there's no right answer, it's liberating, and before I knew it, I was completely absorbed in it.
